Initially, at the beginning of the meeting, Director Zhao Xinlong stressed the significance of strengthening the construction of teachers’ ethics in the new era, pointing out that teachers are not only the disseminators of knowledge, but also the demonstrators of morality. Afterwards, through vivid examples and profound theoretical analysis, Director Zhao Xinlong led everyone to learn the ‘Ten Principles of Professional Conduct for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the New Era’, the ‘Measures for the Professional Ethics Assessment of Primary and Secondary School Teachers and Kindergarten Teachers of Anhui Province (Revised in 2019)’, the ‘Notice on the Implementation Rules of the Measures for Handling the Violation of Professional Ethics of Primary, Secondary School Teachers and Kindergarten Teachers in Anhui Province (Trial Implementation) ’, as well as the ‘Notice on Anqing Primary and Secondary School Teachers’ Paid Remedial Behavior Treatment Measures (Trial Implementation)’, ‘Notice On Further Strengthening the Administration of Supplementary Teaching Materials and Extracurricular Reading Materials in Primary and Secondary Schools in Anqing City’ and other documents. Additionally, Director Zhao Xinlong encouraged teachers to share their ethics practices and perceptions in their daily teaching, guiding them to establish the educational concept of ‘being a teacher and having high moral standards’. Therefore, the atmosphere of the meeting was lively and profound. More remarkably, at the end of the meeting, Assistant Principal Liu Qiongdan made a concluding speech, in which she shared the high quality and good style of teachers in education and teaching, hoping that our teachers would not forget their original intention, keep in mind the mission, internalize the noble teachers’ ethics in heart and externalize it in their daily teaching to hold up a blue sky for the healthy growth of students.

To conclude, the successful holding of this training meeting is not only a collective learning of teachers’ ethics, but also an important milestone in the construction of teachers’ team with the Primary School Division. Furthermore, through this training, the teachers will surely devote themselves to the education and teaching work in the new semester with more enthusiasm and more firm faith, so as to create a positive and dedicated campus culture.
